 It didn't work. Oh my God. I was about to cry because I was hopeless and didn't find a solution. I've asked for professionals helps through consultation and pointing out the matter, their response wasn't up to my expectations. One said that, "There's no problem in the system perhaps it's the WiFi connection itself. You could ask the internet service for this matter,they'll help out" while the other—"If it's a system bug then it should have been solved by rebooting the phone though you have said that it didn't give work and you wanted to downgrade the version, I'm afraid that I couldn't favor you that. It's against the rules so I suggest you to bring your phone to the Service Centre, bring your phone and point out the matter to them. They're open on Monday so visit them tomorrow." 

Well, I'll do that tomorrow. I really need to be connected to my home WiFi, I couldn't stand using my data cellular for more longer now. It's draining a lot and have lagged while I'm using it so I hope those suggestions would help me out.
